Jaz uživam vse vrste sadje razen češenj, ker mi ni prijajajo in banan, le-te samo v primeru hipe in če se tega spomnim. Predvsem kar je sezonsko, večino leta pa seveda grenivke in pomaranče v kombinaciji z jogurtom, pa je priporočljiv in zdrav zajtrk. Meni nobena posebna vrsta sadja ne dvigne tako hudo, da se ga bi morala izogibati, seveda je potrebna zmernost in temu priilagoditi količino inzulina.

ja odvisn kašne banane ješ....recmo js jem sam tiste k so sam zelene in mi je sladkor kar v normalnih številkah..je pa odvisn od človeka.
